Special MADE IN 2016 to ALM restaurant Rifugio Val Ant, with new dishes in menu of mountain cheeses, 8-11 September 2016 Asiago plateau
On the occasion of , the Ristorante Rifugio Val Ant has prepared a delicious surprise for lovers of mountain cheeses: from8 to September 11, 2016, in fact, the menu will be powered by four delicious dishes based on some of the delicious cheese of the huts of theAsiago plateau!
To honor the national event of mountain cheeses, the cooks of the refuge Val Ant will propose in menu a different dish for each course, emphasizing the unique taste of cheeses produced by experts malgari ofAsiago plateau:
STARTER
- bundle of sopressa ricotta and porcini mushrooms, with polenta and Cheese wafer of Alpine Larches
FIRST
- potato dumplings with crispy bacon, pears and smoked Ricotta di malga

- Pork fillet with cream of Mezzano di malga with apples and mountain honey

- fluffy cake with Ricotta Cheese and chocolate
