Evening with typical and seasonal products of the Asiago Plateau
Saturday 25 may 2019 at 20.00 at the restaurant Alpi di Foza appointment not to be missed for lovers of good food, with a new EVENING OF the festival "", dedicated to the products Of the spring season on theAsiago plateau.
The event, centred on the theme of spring, is the fourth of the festival and will see protagonists, in fact, typical fresh and genuine products , which come from the lands of the plateau and neighboring territories, such as spontaneous herbs, sponges and Asparagus.
A dinner where the delights of the meadows and woods of theplateau of Asiago 7 municipalities will conquer even the most refined palates, with unique and genuine flavors.
During the evening will host the expert naturalist Antonio Cantele to tell the present his experience and many curiosities about the nature of our beloved plateau.
For those interested, moreover, in the afternoon Antonio, together with his daughter Lisa , will organize an easy guided excursion to discover the spontaneous herbs of our territory. For info click on.
