The Festival of mountain herbs with Director Ermanno Olmi and Slow Food's President Roberto Burdese, Asiago plateau and 1 June 2, 2014
Sunday 1 and Monday 2 June 2014 Slow Food under the patronage of the town of Asiago organizes the Festival of mountain herbs.
This is a nice opportunity to get to know in detail the herbs of our territories and understand its value; also at the table.
The event will be Roberto Burdese and Ermanno Olmi.
HERB FESTIVAL PROGRAMME 2014
SUNDAY 1 June 2014
• 9.30 A.m.GO TO HERBS Guided excursion to discover the medicinal and aromatic plants of our region
With the herbalist Antonio Calva. Duration: 3 hours
Meeting point in piazza in Lusiana
• 13.00 Hours Lunch based on wild herbs and typical products of the territory

• 16.00 Hours Guided tasting of cheeses on a plateau with matching wines by Slow Food 8 Municipalities Plateau -8 Komoinen in piazza in Asiago. Followed by a short lecture on schnapps and herbal liqueurs

• 18.00 Hours Projection of the documentary free spirit of the Woods by Henry Costanzo at Cinelux. Followed by discussion with the Director Ermanno Olmi and the creators of the documentary
