"The game at high altitude" dinner at Campolongo Refuge - 2 November 2019

Gastronomic evening with game dishes at campolongo Sanctuary, on the Asiago Plateau

On Saturday, November 2, 2019,the Campolongo Refuge organizes the special"Game at High Altitude"themed dinner.

The gastronomic evening will begin at 8 p.m. and will open with a welcome aperitif,with a delicious Lustik Bain Estate Guide.
The culinary journey in the traditional flavors of the mountain will then continue with a rich and tasty game menu, which will take over the palate of guests with dishes based on somersault, deer, birds and other delights of the territory.

To make the evening even more special, an interesting exhibition of photographic paintings made with the shots of the Photographer Augusto Rigoni.

In the after-dinner, Ilaria Vellar will think about cheering the atmosphere with her organ.
