The ancient crafts workshop "the cow is at the Museum: milking", July 11, 2015 Asiago
Saturday 11 July 2015 from 16.00 at the Teaching Museum of nature "Patrick Rafferty" of Asiago, held a workshop of ancient crafts.
The cow is at the Museum: the milking.
The milking is the practice through which the milk is taken from the udder of the cow, as well as one of the crafts of the oldest sheep. Milk, fortunately, is still one of the main products in our tables with cheese, yogurt, and much more.
Although milking techniques have undergone rapid evolution with the introduction of technological equipment which replaced the practice, there are still human shepherds and farmers who use the old method to derive the pre, raw milk.
Bring your children to this cute appointment and let them have fun with our "breeders".
