• Small refuge soup in bread crust with procini and Speck di Asiago crisp
Tuna Tartare with Strawberry and kiwi salad on a bed of bean sprouts
• Homemade Ravioli stuffed with sea bass on bisque of shrimps and tomatoes
Hen-pheasant Risotto blended Franciacorta wine
• Frozen Sorbet lime and Peppermint
• Bison Cut with reduction to Barolo wine
