Thursday, August 9, 2012, at the Palazzo del Turismo Millepini of Asiago, there will be the play "the reclamation of the Veneti", realized by the Company Theatre Theama.
The show placed in 'OperaEstate Festival, will begin at 21:00 hours.

A monologue that looks like a fun and light-hearted chat between friends. A show dedicated to Veneto and Venetian. A story told, work done, processing capacity and adaptation.
It is the story of a nation which has always been fatally at the heart of great works of territorial transformation, and who knew how to shape and mold with his work not only the landscape, but, above all, the uses and customs of the land in which he acted.
A people "healthy carrier of reclamation" which since 1599 knew how to breathe new life into the Earth, almost had discovered an alchemical substance able to turn mosquitoes into mice and marshes in cornfields.
This also happened in the Pontine marshes, where, after the great migration organised by the o.n.c. Venetian families were involved (even despite themselves) in the Canal excavation epic Mussolini.
It was a majestic opera, accompanied by large reclamation works, around which developed family sagas that had their roots in Veneto.
These families (and today's Veneto) is dedicated to this show, history, legend, the humour and remembrance.
A slipped to hear that will accompany us to the discovery of a past not too long ago, but absolutely near to the familiarity of the events narrated.
