Trekking&Yoga Top Portule: the oxyfgen at 2000m altitude with ChandraYogaAsiago and Mountain Guides
On June 23, 2019 Chandra Yoga Asiago and Plateau Guides organize a meeting of the exhibition "Trekkingin the Mountain with practice Yoga in search of well-being through Yoga and walking" in the resort Cima Portule
We start from the Larici Malga with a nice walk. We will all arrive together with Cima Portule to practice yoga with the instructor Giulia and for the others rest with an account of the historical events of the resort.
The practice of yoga involves simple asanas aimed at the awareness of the physical body, then go deep and listen to the breath, our inner self, letting ourselves be transported through the senses in the beauty and peace of nature that surrounds us.

SECURITY and COMPETENZANCY
Dynamic trekking accompanied by Anna Sella, Accompaniere of Media Montagna (College Guides Alpine Veneto) and Instructor of Nordic Walking and Giulia Rigoni, professional teacher in the activity of Yoga.
REQUIRED CLOTHING
Mountain boots, long trousers, fleeces, k-ways and stacks are required for walking and a light fleece blanket.
It is also recommended to have sunglasses, sunscreen.
