Wednesday, august 11, 2021, from 16:00 to 17:00, at the Parco delle Leggende in Cesuna di Roana,rediscovers well-being through movement with a sweet gymnastics lesson for adults,led by Andrea, an experienced instructor.
An excellent opportunity to start the day on the right foot, in search of physical andmental well-being : many experts in fact agree that starting the day with a little physical activity then makes it easier to deal with stress and daily commitments.
The sweet gymnastics class is suitable for everyone and is guaranteed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Bring mat or blanket. In case of bad weather the lesson will take place at the Palaciclamino.
Reservation required by 12:00.
