Evening with Marco Martalar and Chocolate sculpture and mulled wine for everyone in Mezzaselva di Roana, Asiago plateau
Thursday, 4 January 2018 in Mezzaselva di Roana there will be an event not to be missed!
At 17.00 hours the meeting at the headquarters of the Pro Loco for the departure of torchlight and theignition of the sculpture by the artist Marco Martalar in enchanted meadow.
It will be a magical moment that will thrill both young and old.
All participants will be offered the good hot chocolate or delicious mulled wine, in keeping with the joyful spirit of Christmas.
MARCO MARTALAR
Self-taught. It draws inspiration from the Woods and nature of' Asiago plateau where he lives and works. Pine, larch and beech trees descend from the almost inside his laboratory, located in Mezzaselva di Roana, imbued with fragrance of plants and sawdust. Begins with preparatory drawings that only partly reflect the final sculpture. Have the task of preparing the soul of the artist and involve him in a project. Then the wood, with its natural vitality, will determine the outcome, to deliver the final sculpture. Following its fiber, listening to the music that the wood emits, flying with the imagination, tortuous figures coming out of the hands of our primordial artist and read. Thus plants come to life in sculpture by Marco Martalar after having crossed his creativity.
