Gastronomic evening with products from the forests of the Asiago Plateau

On Saturday, October 3, 2020,at 20:15, the Foza Alps Restaurant organizes a themed gastronomic evening with dishes made with mushrooms, game and other products of the Asiago Plateau.

The traditional appointment with the evening of late summer includes a dinner with a rich and delicious menu,with appetizing dishes prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients,collected in the woods of our territory.

Dinner includes two appetizers, three first courses, game dish and dessert.

During the evening, the wines of the Winery "Col Dovigo" of Breganze will be served. The wines and the company will be presented by a delegate of the winery itself.

It will be a great opportunity to spend an evening full of good taste and to taste the best of the products that our land offers us during the autumn season.

The cost of dinner is 50.00euros, including wines.

·  Pan brioches, salted butter with thyme and goose speck

·Marinated venison carpaccio, hay foam, berries and sautéed chanterelles
Rivole (White Breganze)

First courses
·  The porcini soup of the Marcesina Plain
·  Pumpkin dumplings panned with malga butter and summer truffle with seasoned Asiago flakes
·Chestnut pappardelle with roe deer and chanterelle sauce
Groppello (ancient and almost disappeared vine of the Breganze area)

Second dish
·  Fillet of deer, pears with wine
·Stuffed potatoes and kale
Wine: Suam

Dessert
·"Open Strudel" with fjorded ice cream
Wines from the Col Dovigo winery of the Doc Zone of Breganze
