"The Colors of the Stars" Workshop at the Asiago Observatory - [DATA_MEDIA]]

Spectroscopy Laboratory at asiago Astrophysical Observatory

[DATA_LUNGA]], an appointment with "The Colors ofthe Stars", the spectroscopy laboratory organized by theAsiago Observatory.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m.,at the Pennarheadquarters.
During the spectroscopy laboratory, the Observatory's experts will explain to children and adults the study of stars through their rainbows, using lamps of various types and breaking down their colors with special glasses.

In addition, the meeting will also includethe observation of comet C/2017 T2.

After the laboratory, there is also a guided tour of the MUSA (Museum ofInstruments of Astronomy ), where those present will be able to browse among the disused astronomical instruments of the Asiago Observatory.

Information

Participants will be provided with special goggles for viewing the spectrum of any light source, excluding the Sun.

Ticket

Tickets: full 10 euros; reduced 5 euros.
Reduced price for each visit after the first.

Reduced ticket for children up to 12 years old, students and employees Inaf and UNIPD.

For groups of at least 15 people, you can schedule other meetings. Wear heavy clothing and front light.
All appointments will be held in the Pennar station, via Observatory 8, Asiago.
The Galileo telescope will not be visited at the astrotombola appointment.
