Visit fort of Punta Corbin at sunset with dinner under a sky of shooting stars
On the evening of Saturday, August 8, 2020, the evening opening of fort Corbin with a guided sunset tour,followed by a romantic dinner at dusk.
During the evening you can visit the Fort of Punta Corbin at sunset and dine at nightfall at the refreshment point of the fort waiting to admire the shooting stars in a place of extraordinary historical and naturalistic charm, a magical context where to express a desire for every star sighted.
The participation fee is 20 euros and includes:
- guided tour of the fort at 6 p.m.
- dinner with set menu at about 20:00, with menu of the forte (pastasciutta, typical dish with polenta, suppressed and cheese, water, wine, sweet and coffee)
- turning off the lights with the ability to peer into the sky and spot shooting stars (around 21:30)
The location is ideal for observing the annual meteor shower,the Perseids,commonly referred to as shooting stars or tears of St. Lawrence: the view is wide and Punta Corbin is free of light pollution,which allows you to maximize the chances of observing the bright trails that ply the sky and fully enjoy the spectacle.

TIPS FOR THE EVENING
Suitable clothing for the evening mountain weather is recommended and to bring a plaid to lie on the lawn.
