Guided historical-naturalistic walk through the places of the Great War with Asiago Guide
META: Fort Lisser - Asiago Plateau and the Seven Municipalities
The recently restored Fort Lisser was built to control and bar the lower Valsugana. It is located in a strategic and dominant point, from which you can enjoy a boundless view towards the Dolomite chains:from Lagorai to The Stakes of St. Martin, passing through the Feltrine Peaks; then grappa and Valsugana and below sunk into the green, the village of Enego.
The path through takes us to the exploration of the Cima del Monte Lisser and Mount Lambara.
The guide from an analysis of the landscape will take you on a journey through history to discover how the Great War has changed this territory.
Along the way we will stop for the packed lunch among the pastures of Enego where we can admire many marmots peeping from their burrows.
Reservations are required.
Mandatory personal equipment of mask and disinfectant gel.
FIX: We assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is spread between mountain trails and dirt roads. The uphill difference is less than 350 m, there are no exposed sections.
FROM PORT WITH SÉ: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, cap, PRANZO AL SACCO.
COST: 15 euros, for the guided excursion. 5th for under-15s.
The visit of Fort Lisser will be made only from outside the structure.
