Historical-naturalistic guided walk among the places of the Great War at sunset and at night with Asiago Guide
Saturday 28 November 2020 from 15.30 to 19.00
DESTINATION: Monte Zovetto (Cesuna di Roana) - Asiago Plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
With an easy route we will visit the places of great battles, witnessed by monuments, fields torn apart by bombs, cemeteries and trenches restored today.
The warm sunset light will guide us to cross gentle slopes dedicated to the pasture and fragrant woods that lead us to natural observatories,from which you can no longer see enemies but only an uncontaminated Nature that is just waiting to be known andloved.
The return under the starry sky will excite us also thanks to the fascinating stories of the guide on scientific and mythological curiosities of the celestial vault.
Reservations are required.
Mandatory personal equipment of mask and disinfectant gel.
DIFFICULTY: We assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route develops between mountain trails, restored great war walkways, dirt roads and a few short stretches on paved road. The uphill difference is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH you: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, cap, gloves, front pile.
COST: 15€, for the guided excursion. 5€ for children under 15 years old.
