We are talking about cod: historical and naturalistic description on cod with wine tasting; the July 17
Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at little square Gardens to Gallio, will host the event "we are talking about cod".
The discussion will be held by Maestro Patajo andAvv. Pajic, and will begin at 16:00 hours.
The program includes a historical and naturalistic description of cod, particularly well known and appreciated in the province of Vicenza.
The Cod is the Cod preserved in salt for the uninitiated.
At the end of the Conference, for the happiness of the guests, there will be a tasting of salt cod risotto.
The event is open to everyone, and not experts.
