Friday, July 20, 2012, at Piazza Italy to Gallium, will host the event "talking about cod".
The discussion will be held by Maestro Patajo and 'Chambers. Pajic, and will begin at 17:00 hours.
The program includes a historical overview and the naturalistic, cod dish particularly well known and appreciated in the province of Vicenza.
Baccalà was cod preserved in salt for the uninitiated.
At the end of the Conference, for the happiness of guests, there will be a complimentary tasting.
