Friday, 10 April 2015 at 20.30 at the Palasport gallium Auditorium (via Roma 1), the renowned writer Alexander of Avenia will present his new book "what hell is not", a novel starring Federico, a boy who lives in Palermo 125cc a summer where everything seems motionless yet everything is turning.
The meeting will be moderated by the journalist Fabio Cappabianca.

The book
Frederick is a 17-year-old boy of Palermo which has not yet given a reply: summer now pops up front as his dazzling and mysterious city, Palermo.
Frederick meets "3 p", Prof. of religion, before leaving for a holiday studio: they call it that because his name is Father Pino Puglisi. 3 p launches the boy to give him a hand with the kids from her neighborhood. When Frederick cross the level crossing that separates Brancaccio from the rest of the city, still doesn't know that at that precise moment he starts his new life.
The evening comes home without a bike, with the split lip and the feeling of having discovered something totally alien to its Palermo. Is the' tangle of alleys controlled by men who wear strange nicknames for which the only commandment is that dictated by the Cosa Nostra. They are also the streets inhabited by Francesco, Maria, Dario, Serena, Toto and many others who do not renounce to hope for a different life.
With the excitement and witness the power of the writer, Alexander of Avenia narrates a long summer when everything seems motionless yet everything is turning, and gives birth to an extraordinary man, who in these pages in dialogue with us with his voice calm and never gave up, with that smile that he died not even in front of her murderer.
