WHEN THE COWS WERE REALLY THIN

The peasant world of the past has now disappeared, but at the same time the need to rediscover our roots and values in this age of bewilderment is also coming back strong.
We can no longer listen to the ever more rare eyewitnesses of our recent past; those who lived those times on their own skin.
Just make a little silence and give them a voice.

We try with this show based on the autobiographical stories of Silvano Bortoli, class 1927 ... a journey backwards between popular beliefs and funny anecdotes to make you rediscover, exciting and making you smile, a Veneto now disappeared.
