Yoga and meditation
The Yoga course for women held at the Asiago Kinesis Centre proposes a series of exercises designed for women's well-being.
Every Tuesday, during Yoga classes for women, the participants will learn to listen, to rediscover his corporeality and at their own pace, through breathingtechniques, meditation and practice regenerative.
The lessons, lasting an hour and a quarter, will be an opportunity for women subjected to continuous physical and mental commitment to regain your balance, rest and relaxation, removing stress, eating disorders and negative thoughts.
