The Biancoia Refuge is a family run restaurant and bar situated in the locality, in the territory of Conco, on theplateau of Asiago Asiago (Vicenza). It is 14 km from Asiago and Gallium and can also be reached in just 25 minutes from the Plains.
Is ideal for those who want to taste the typical cuisine of mountain, immersed in the peace and quiet of the lovely surroundings of the lodge, both in summer than in winter.
The interiors are furnished in a rustic style, can accommodate up to 100 people in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
The outdoor terrace, with its 80 seats during the summer is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good meal after a walk to discover the surrounding area; during the winter, is used as a solariumwhere you can relax in the Sun between skiing and the other.

BAR AND RESTAURANT

The dishes offered by the restaurant Biancoia are simple and appetizing, classics of home cooking all to enjoy.
The value for money is great,with an average price range of 20 euros. In addition, the covered is not chargedhere.
For those who want to stop for a restorative break, the bar serviceis active, with snacks, sweets, thirst-quenching drinks and hot drinks for the winter.

OTHER SERVICES

Within the Sanctuary are small pets.
For guests on wi-fi is free, but good company at table, and the beautiful surrounding landscapes will make you forget about everything else.
The Biancoia Refuge is open during the summer (in June only on weekends in July and August every day) and in winter (daily if there is snow, otherwise only on weekends).
Currently the shelter does not have rooms for guests, so you cannot stay overnight.

THE KITCHEN

The Refuge Biancoia offers a home cooking, with exquisite dishes and genuine local products.

To try, even as a delicious aperitif, the rich assortment of meats and cheeses of the plateau, served with mustard, figs, pickles, mustard and artichokes.
Even the former are all to taste: from dumplings to barley soup with Bacon, passing through the velvety cumin, leeks and pumpkin, in every dish we find the characteristic flavours of the mountain.
For meat lovers, try the second. You can choose between knuckle of pork, venison, venison stew, goulash with dumplings, musso.

And since there is always room for dessert, a wide range of home-made dessertslike tart with apricot jam and ricotta strudel warm with cream, tiramisu and cream with hot raspberries, will take you to the throat, delighting your palate.

BIANCOIA IN SUMMER

Biancoia is a mountain resort to discover, located on theAsiago Plateau.
It is easily and within minutes of the plain and the main countries of the Plateau and offers both in summer and winter beautiful natural and tourist attractions, for families, hikers or groups of friends.
During the beautiful season, you can go exploring the surrounding area by following the various itineraries for walks that start from the White Refuge,some of which are also quite challenging, for more experienced hikers.

BIANCOIA IN WINTER

During the winter season, when the green of pastures and woods gives way to the whiteness of the snow, young and old can have fun at the White Sciovie,proving their skiing skills on the 7 downhill slopes available.
And for those who can't or want to ski, they can relax on the ample suns of the hut, sipping a hot drink and enjoying the warmth of the sun.
