The hotels and other accommodations of our plateau have organized for the reopening,in order to welcome again tourists in compliance with all the prudential anti-Covid19 measures provided by the Government and Veneto Region.
Those who want to can now book and enjoy in total safety their stay on the Plateau: whether it is a romantic weekend as a couple, a family holiday or a break of a few days to regain the psychophysical well-being staying in contact with the unspoiled nature, the Plateau will be happy to welcome you and give you moments of pure relaxation,always guaranteeing you the utmost respect for the rules for your health.
From 1 to 14 June 2020,according to the ordinance of theVeneto Region No.55 of 29 May 2020 signed by Governor Zaia, the masks will no longer be mandatory outdoors and, therefore, it will no longer be necessary to wear them during walks and excursions (they should still be worn, except for children under 6 years, in cases where it is not possible to guarantee the continuous maintenance of the safe distance between non-convents. On the other hand, at least until 14 June, the obligation to use masks in closed places open to the public remains). One more reason to come and enjoy the Plateau! :-)

TheAsiago Sporting Hotel & Spa reopens from May 29, 2020.
The historic Asian hotel will be ready to welcome tourists in complete safety,in full compliance with the new health and hygiene guidelines, for a stay in full relaxation.

◾ HOTEL FROM BARBA - Asiago
HotelDa Barba will be open from June 12, 2020 with bar service and half-board hotels with dinner. On the same date it will also open the Village of Gnomes.
All safety standards required by the law will be complied with. In particular:
- a sanitizer will be active at every change in the rooms and common areas daily;
- the hall and bar will be sanitized after each meal
- there will be various disinfection points with hand gel,5 inside and 1 outside
- each guest will have to show up with their own mask,but in case it is forgotten they will be for sale at the hotel.

Thewater of the multifunctional tank is cleaned with electrolysis process that transforms the salt present in the water into chlorine, the water is constantly filtered to sand.
We are waiting for the new provisions of the Veneto region that should allow from 15 June the ulilizzo of saunas and steam bath.
CHILDREN'S AREA
Our children's room will remain closed in the summer season in accordance with the veneto region guidelines that recommend the greatest possible use of open spaces for children's activities.
Animation for our small guests (from 3 to 10 years of age) from 17:00 to 19:00, in a dedicated area in our garden,on daily reservation.
Measuring the temperature of children on arrival and exit, disinfection of games and maximum number of 4 children per group.

◾ HOTEL GARNI' RENDOLA - Asiago
TheGarnì Rendola hotel is already open. Residence and hotel follow existing internal regulations and regional guidelines. The residence offers the Residence formula and the Aparthotelformula. The hotel will offer, for this summer season, the treatment of only overnight and the treatment of overnight and breakfast.
Breakfast will have two modes:
- in the breakfast room,with table service;
- breakfast take away, to take to the room or apartment.

Aurora Inn is already open and operational,with both rooms and apartments, bar and restaurant.
The safety protocol is followed with required principals (thermoscanner, masks, gloves on demand and shoe covers on demand) and, in addition to the measures provided with alcoholic solutions and sodium hypochlorate,the sanitization of the chambers, the common parts and the whole structure with ozone machines and after constant and natural ventilation is implemented.

TheHotel Belmonte has already opened with the bridge of June 2 in total safety.

As for the overnight,theHotel Belvedere in Cesuna will open again on Saturday, May 30, 2020.
The restaurant room remains temporarily closed for work (possible reopening on June 7, 2020)It is still active a useful takeaway restaurant service and with home delivery.
As for the measures taken, sanitizing dispensers have been placed in all the rooms of the hotel (entrance, bathrooms, dining room, in each floor, elevator, in the goods reception, kitchen), masks are available to guests,
tables were spaced and an ozone machine was adopted to sanitify the rooms at each change of guests. Common rooms are also sanitized when necessary, based on the flow of guests.

The Spa is also totally open. After each session the entire private area is disinfected with special products for greater health.

TheHotel Miravalle is open from May 19, 2020.
CLEANING AND HEALTH SAFETY
Disinfectant gelswill be placed in the various areas of the hotel. Managers will continue to fully sanitize the rooms at the time of the customer's departure, using even more vigour.
The daily cleaning material of the rooms will be disposable.
In addition, the common rooms will be disinfected by paying special attention to the objects and furnishings that are often touched with their hands, such as elevator buttons, handrails, switches, door handles, etc. etc.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STAFF AND GUEST
