Instructions and forms for participation in the scholarship "Amelia and Nino S." 2016/2017

This year the municipality of Roana reserve 8 scholarships "Amelia and Nino Sandri" to outstanding students of primary schools, 1 secondary level 2 secondary level and residents of the municipality of Roana, refer the school year immediately preceding the competition.

Below you will find the invitation and application forms for participation in the scholarship "Amelia and Nino S.", now in its 18th Edition.

Please note that thesubmission of applications should be made by the students (or parents of students) attending secondary schools grade 2 (above) at least since the school year 2016/2017. For students of primary and secondary level 1 reporting will be made directly by the headmaster of reference.

CALL THE SCHOLARSHIP "AMELIA AND NINO S."

The Comune di Roana announces a competition for awarding 8 scholarships reserved for particularly deserving students of primary schools, 1 secondary level 2 secondary level and residents Roana referred to the school year immediately preceding the competition.

Cash prizes will be divided as follows:

• 2 scholarships from €220.00 one to be awarded, one for each school, primary schools of Canove and Roana, regardless of class. The names of the student group (class) with the best profit will report directly to the Chief institution.
  
• 3 scholarships from €220.00 the one reserved for secondary schools to grade 1. A to give the best middle school student of Cesuna, a grade 1 at great Middle school student of grade 1 Mezzaselva and be assigned to another deserving student, although not attending a school located in the town of Roana. The award may be made up of students regardless of class. The names of the students with the best profit (two from each school and with indication of the address) will report directly to the Chief institution. For students of the third grade will be determined by the report card for admission to the examination.
  
• 3 scholarships from €250.00 one to be awarded to students attending secondary schools grade 2, with a scholarship for vocational schools, Technical Institutes and one for the high schools. It prepared a special form for requests that, with attached photocopy of report card must be sent to the municipality of Roana directly by the interested party with the specified the full address of the applicant's mobile number: If the student is a minor is required to write the full details of the parent or guardian. You can request the form from the municipal Tourism Office by mail, or download it from the website.
  
• For students high school graduates we will refer to the average for admission exams. Can access the selection for the award of the scholarship only students who submit a media with profit equal to or greater than 8/10. You specify which will also mean the votes relating to physical education and conduct, while will not be considered the judgement related to religion.

The amount of scholarships awarded will be split at the discretion of the Administration in case of merit ex equo. Reports and requests should be sent to the Secretary of the competition:

Deadline for submission of reports related to A. S. 2016/17 is Friday, 24 November 2017 12:00 hours; postmark stamp of the Protocol Office of the municipality. Transcripts must be sent to the Protocol of the municipality not later than the expiration date: the votes received by mail must be postmarked on an arrival date not later than 23/11/2017. For primary and secondary schools of first grade reports shall be communicated by the head teacher. We do not accept requests made directly by a parent or guardian for primary school students (Elementary) and secondary (middle school).

The award ceremony will take place the day Thursday 14 December 2017 at 17.00 hours at the Council Chamber of the City Hall in Canove. The winners will be notified by letter and will be required to attend personally.
IN CASE OF UNJUSTIFIED ABSENCE AT THE AWARDS THE SCHOLARSHIP CAN NO LONGER BE DELIVERED.
