Coronavirus - The ordinance "SPESA SICURA" of the Municipality of Enego of March 12, 2020

SUBJECT: CONTINGENCY AND URGENT ORDINANCE ON THE MODALITIES OF ACCESS TO COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS FOLLOWING THE EPIDEMIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY FROM COVID -19

Views of the D.P.C.M. 8 March 2020, March 9, 2020 and March 11, 2020;
Given the current emergency situation linked to COVID-19 for which it is believed to implement all measures to combat and contain the spread of the contagion:
Expected that the letter o) of the D.P.C.M. 8 March 2020 has. "business activities are allowed ... provided that the operator guarantees access to the above places with a quota or otherwise suitable to avoid gatherings of persons, taking into account the size and characteristics of the premises open to the public, and such as to ensure that the visitors can respect the distance of at least one meter between visitors, with the penalty of suspension of activity in case of violation. In the presence of structural or organizational conditions that do not allow compliance with the interpersonal safety distance of one meter, the recalled structures will have to be closed"
It is expected to reaffirm the order and put in place further measures to ensure health protection by discrepancy the way in which the shops indicated in Annex 1 of the D.P.C.M. 11 March 2020
Invoked art. 50 paragraph 5 of the D.Lgs. 267/2000 T.U.E.L.

Order

1) For the reasons given in the premise, to regulate as follows the way in which the shops referred to in Annex 1 of the D.P.C.M. :
(a) Access to the shops must take place one person at a time and according to the instructions of the operator who has an obligation to take the measures for the quota of accesses in relation to the sales area.
b) Inside the store, customers will have to maintain the maximum possible safe distance and in any case not less than 1 m from other customers, owners, and service personnel;
c) It is necessary to remain within the business only the time strictly necessary for the making of purchases without holding with other customers;
d) Outside the store, while waiting to access it, it is forbidden to create assemblies and to strictly maintain the maximum possible safe distance and in any case not less than 1 m
(c) It is mandatory for customers to use all the sanitary devices made available by the operators of the business.

The relevant supervisors to carry out the checks and to apply this ordinance , the violation of which provides for the application of the penalties provided by law

This measure is effective from publication to the Pretorio register of the Municipality of Enego and until revocation.

I agree that by contingetable and urgent ordinance No 15 of 12.3.2020, the following measures have been taken to prevent and counter the spread of COVID-19 infection:

1. Access to the shops must take place one person at a time and according to the instructions of the operator who has an obligation to take the measures for the quota of accesses in relation to the sales area.
    
2. Inside the store, customers will have to maintain the maximum possible safe distance and in any case not less than 1 m from other customers, owners, and service personnel;
