Fix and revive the Valle del Pakstall in a more touristy than sporty. It is the intention of the municipality of Gallium which is ready to promote a competition of ideas to enhance this area so rich in resources and history.

The first of the new ideas for the revival of the famous Valley is linked to the project of development and upgrading of facilities of Melette.
"It's an idea shared by Mayor Roberto Rigoni di Asiago – explains Munari-for possible financing through the funds former Odi. It would be the construction of a cable car or cable railway which since Pakstall arrivals at high altitude. Skiers in winter and walkers and clicloturisti in summer, without getting in the car at Melette, you may start here. The shuttle would then liaise with other countries, encouraging customers to leave stops the car, thus contributing to the development of an area increasingly green, attentive to the preservation the environment, in accordance with the guidelines that we are giving at territorial level".
"Everything – continued the Mayor-- would raise the quality of our sports facilities and leisure activities and that of thetourist offer of gallium and the plateau".

A change of use of the same is indispensable to Munari, trampolines. In the last two years have been the scene of a manifestation of uphill rush, just down the trampolines, named Pakstall k95, held twice during the summer.
Very nice and innovative, a philosophy that attracted a good number of fans. This year the municipality is organizing another appointment a little outside the box: an ad hoc version of Strongmanrun, the famous obstacle course held in Rovereto. You must therefore increasingly toward a conversion of the structure as headquarters of extreme sports.

"In the Valley of Pakstallconcludes Munari – you could even create a winter playground built right around the trampolines". In this area there are also tennis courts, recently settled and valued. "Concerning this structure – adds the Mayor-new and exciting plans are in the works but it is still too early to reveal".

"The trampolines have always been important for Gallium – says Emanuele Munari-for a long time were, along with the characteristic element, one that best Melette expressing the vocation of our country, considered the homeland of the jump. Unfortunately the interest in this sport, especially at the local level, has been gradually waning. Today, in the plateau, the jumpers are gone and even these structures have the characteristics now widely surpassed.
It would seem so anachronistic make big investments to revive them. Is it right to provide for their maintenance, but we believe it's best to think of some other type of use
".

You must therefore overcome the project bequeathed by the previous city administration restructuring and put under of the stepping stones to national and international sporting events, with the concomitant recovery of this tradition which has seen Gallium be hothouse of athletes capable of giving prestige to the Veneto, winning several competitions. All with the goal of creating over time federal/regional centre Gallium for jumping,
in collaboration with Veneto Committee, Italian Winter Sports Federation and Coni.
