"GOLD OF SPORT" BECOME "OF COURSE IN ROANA - LET'S START WITH SPORT" 

A new format dedicated to the world of well-being on the move and to the sustainability of the Municipality of Roana 

The boxing, football and running events have been confirmed from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 June. In the coming weeks, the presentation of the 2024 calendar of events on the occasion of "Naturally in Roana - Let's start with sport". 

Roana, 19 June 2024 – "We look to the future with an active approach that sees sport as an important tool for sharing and inclusion for everyone, first and foremost for the new generations. In this direction we want to promote a project  that enhances a strategy with a view to sustainability - said the mayor of the Municipality of Roana, Luigi Martello - "Naturally in Roana - Let's start with sport" is the innovative format to support sport in all its facets and for the promotion of the culture of well-being of the person».  

The events scheduled from 28 to 30 June, the Rigoldi vs Tassi boxing match for the WBC International Featherweight at the Roana Ice Rink, the 24 Hours Tournament of Treschè Conca and the Conca Stuparich Run 2024, are confirmed.  

The new project, with the technical organization of M&A Sport (sports division of Meneghini & Associati Talent Union that deals with the communication of sporting events) is promoted by the Municipality of Roana, with the patronage of the Veneto Region, the province of Vicenza and with the support of the O.G.D. Montagna Veneta; It provides for the involvement of local sports associations, local economic actors, schools and companies, and individual citizens for the promotion of a sensitivity linked to sport and a healthy lifestyle.

"We have already communicated the change of course to the local associations and we intend to support them in communicating their annual calendar of activities with the hope of creating a shared direction of actions under the same common denominator "Naturally in Roana"». Said the Councilor of the Municipality of Roana, Fabio Rebeschini.

Sport and the culture of the "good – being" of the person will take on an even more active role, they will be the common thread for the development of a series of actions that will see the synergy with the territory as the distinctive plus. 

With these strategic premises, the calendar of events of "Naturally in Roana - Let's start with sport" is being defined, which will be presented shortly in Roana.

Among the events already confirmed - organized in collaboration with the portal dedicated to health WEB Health and with free admission - the "March of Well-Being" with doctors, experts and health professionals who will accompany participants along a short walk on the benefits of movement and the "Well-Being Talk" at the Palazzetto dello Sport in Canove di Roana, on issues related to Well-Being, prevention and healthy lifestyles.
