GRANTING OF "SPORTS VOUCHERS" AND FREE CARRYING OUT OF ANTIGENIC SWABS TO RESIDENTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROANA - SPECIFIC FOR OBTAINING
The COVID emergency has caused long interruptions, in several moments, of sporting activity, compromising a correct sociability among the minors involved in the restrictions imposed by the rules of containment of the virus for which it has been hypothesized theactivation of two tools that favor sporting activity and consequently the return to an ordinary sociality among young people.
In this regard, therefore, as already communicated above, the granting of sports vouchers of a maximum value of € 150.00 for each minor or for each person up to 26 years with certified disability residing in the Municipality of Roana,regardless of the income situation, is confirmed.
In addition, for children under the age of 12 who have the obligation to swab in order to practice a certain sport, the same will be paid free of charge at a pharmacy of the Municipality of Roana participating in the initiative until the available resources are exhausted.
The sum made available by the Municipal Administration amounts to a total of € 60,000.00 so the value of the sports voucher and the free service for the mandatory swab will be determined by the number of requests received, maintaining in any case the maximum value of € 150.00 each. In the case of children under the age of 12 who use the free provision of the swab, the sports voucher can also be cumulated.
The payment of a "sports voucher" will allow the coverage of certain expenses required by the Amateur Sports Associations (ASD) of belonging or election in case of first registration (taxes, registrations, but also purchase of technical material dedicated to the discipline and in charge of families, other related expenses) subject to acceptance of the ASD involved, even if this does not have its registered office in the Municipality of Roana.
Theconcession process includes the following steps:
SPORT VOUCHER
Upon presentation of the form attached to this, a ticket will be issued that can be spent in all recognized and regularly established Amateur Sports Associations (also with registered office outside the Municipality of Roana) and which are willing to collaborate in this initiative; that is, the ticket received will be filled in nominally and delivered by the beneficiaries to the ASD of belonging which will be able to reduce the cost of expenses incurred by the families for the value that will be attributed to the vouchers at the end of the applications sent to the Municipality. The Municipality will subsequently refund all the ASDs that will return the tickets received for the corresponding amount. The expendability of the vouchers is set from 08/12/2021 to 30/03/2022.
FREE ANTIGENIC SWAB
The possibility of taking advantage of the free swab for a certain period or number of times is addressed to all minors up to 12 years who have the obligation of anti-covid verification for their discipline. The number of swabs to be used free of charge will be established starting from 08/12/2021 and until 30/03/2022 for a maximum of € 150.00 total. This measure provides for the cumulation with the Sports Voucher.
Deadline for the delivery of claims for benefits by 02/12/2021.
