SPECIFICATIONS FOR OBTAINING - MANDATORY DEADLINE FRIDAY 06/12/2024 AT 12:00
Dear Families and Amateur Sports Associations (ASD), with Municipal Council resolution no. 93/2024 and as previously anticipated, the Administration of Roana has approved the granting of sports vouchers for each minor or for each person up to the age of 26 with a certified disability residing in the Municipality of Roana (not cumulative), regardless of income situation.
This action aims to encourage sports activity and the promotion of greater sociality among young people as well as bringing concrete help for the families involved.
The sum made available by the Municipal Administration will be entirely used for this initiative, so the value of the sports voucher will be determined by the number of requests received by the deadline set for Friday 6 December 2024 at 12.00.
The payment of a "sports voucher" will allow the coverage of certain expenses requested by the Amateur Sports Associations (ASD) to which they belong (taxes, registrations, but also the purchase of technical material dedicated to the discipline and borne by families, other related expenses) subject to acceptance by the ASD involved, even if this does not have its registered office in the Municipality of Roana.
Furthermore, upon collection of all applications by the set deadline, the value of the subsidy that can be spent in all recognized and regularly constituted Amateur Sports Associations that are willing to collaborate in this initiative will be determined; that is, the ticket received will be filled in nominally and delivered by the beneficiaries to the ASD to which they belong, which will be able to reduce the cost of expenses incurred by the families by the value that will be attributed to the vouchers at the end of the applications sent to the Municipality.
The value of the voucher will then be calculated by dividing the entire amount made available by the Municipal Administration (€ 25,000.00 with the Administration's own funds) by the number of applications received; In this regard, it is important to remember that no application will be accepted after the deadline set for December 6th.
The Municipality will subsequently reimburse all ASDs who return the tickets received by the set date for the corresponding amount. All beneficiaries are advised to verify that the ASD has accepted collaboration for the initiative.
The vouchers will be available from Tuesday 5 November to Friday 6 December at 12 noon at the Sports Office of the Municipality of Roana in Canove. The forms to be filled in will be available at the office or can be downloaded from the institutional website of the Municipality.

- Can the request for sports vouchers to be made by the established date be postponed?
Yes, no request made after the date set at 12 noon can be considered.
- Can the request for sports vouchers also be made by those who have already used them previously?
Yes, the initiative is open to all resident minors (and disabled people up to 26 years of age), even those who have previously joined.
- Who must apply for and collect the voucher from the Municipality?
The parents or legal guardians of the minor involved or the disabled person by the established date or NOT the Amateur Sports Associations (ASD).
- What do parents do once they get the voucher?
They deliver it to the ASD of reference, which will be able to guarantee a credit for the value of the voucher, determined after the established date and published on the website www.comune.roana.vi.it the news section and by determining the responsible service.
- What is the validity period of the sports voucher?
The sports voucher, once delivered to the ASD, does not expire, i.e. the holder of the sports voucher will have a credit against the ASD that can be collected after agreement with the ASD of reference, for any type of expense to be made in the Association: taxes, registrations, sports material, etc. without any expiry date towards the Municipality of Roana.
- Can I apply for the sports voucher even if my children are not registered with any ASD?
No, the request must be made by athletes already registered with an ASD that has joined the initiative of the Municipality of Roana.
- Do ASDs have a deadline on the delivery of the voucher settlement request?
Yes, the request for liquidation by the ASDs will be set at the end of the investigation and communicated by e-mail to the ASDs, to be requested in a single solution after collecting and delivering all the vouchers to the Municipality.
- Can the voucher be used in another ASD once the voucher has been acquired with the beneficiary ASD?
No, the voucher refers to the ASD declared at the time of receipt of the voucher, so the sums will be paid to the beneficiary ASD written in the voucher; obviously nothing detracts from the fact that the ASDs agree on the assignment of the athletes' credit between them and the athlete himself.
