New Michelin star chef shines in Asiago Alessio Longhini's Gourmet restaurant Stube Europe Residence

The chef's Gourmet Stube restaurant plateau Alessio Longhini Europe Residence in Asiago won its first Michelin star and the award "young Chef" of the prestigious gastronomic Guide

A new star of gastronomy sparkles on theAsiago plateau: on 16 November 2017, on the occasion of the presentation of the Guide Michelin 2018, the Chef Alexis Lara was awarded as "young Chef" and a Michelin star by the prestigious gastronomic Guide.

A great satisfaction for the young Robert, 29-year-old ofAltopiano dei Sette Comuni, which from 2013 runs with great professionalism the cuisine of the Gourmet restaurant Stube dell'Hotel Europe Residence of Asiago.

A continuous search for quality, creativity and great ability to combine unique and refined taste in dishes from the local products with ingredients more "international": in the kitchen of Chef Alessio Lani themselves the traditions, but also a peek into the outside world, the desire and the need to be in constant evolution. Feature that, in recent years, pushed him to improve and to obtain one of the most prestigious awards in the world of gastronomy: the coveted Michelin star.

Critical to his career were the experiences abroad and in the kitchens of two great figures of Italian restaurants, Corrado Fasolato and Norbert Niederklofler, which led to the experiment with the gourmet kitchen.

Today, the young Chef plateau brings his expertise and talent in the kitchen of Gourmet Stube di Asiago, flanked by sous chef Jacopo Crust and maître/sommelier Samir Tahan .
Together with his team, serves delicious gourmet dishes, playing cleverly with quality ingredients and exalting aromas and flavours with particular and refined combinations.
