Given that it is in the afternoon/evening of Monday 29 October 2018 the entire Highland territory has been affected by a violent Meteor adverse event featuring an exceptional amount of rain associated with strong Sirocco wind gusts that resulted in municipal and provincial roads and parks the uprooting of an unspecified number of spruce trees of various sizes;

Noting that the trees in question have fallen particularly within municipal parks remembrance "and" Brigade "Queen" and constitute a potential serious risk to public safety of citizens who may unwittingly venture out to within them;

They also constitute a grave danger all specimens of spruce mountain in the premises;

Considered it is necessary to take all the necessary precautions to prevent harm to the public safety of citizens;

Having regard to the Legislative Decree 267 of 18.8.2000 and in particular art. 50 paragraph 4°

Saw the "implementing regulation and implementation of the new rules of the road", approved by Legislative Decree.

ORDER HERE

-The prohibition to enter in any way to the parks until security conditions are restored by the removal of plants plucked from the wind and rain proof static safety technical inspection and obtaining of plants remained standing;

The ban on all hiking trails; to provide, by means of its signs at the entrance of the parks, in order to ensure adequate information to all who might unknowingly venture out to within them;

· We will proceed in accordance with art. 650 of the Penal Code through information to the judicial authorities;

Against this provision is allowed, within 60 days after the publication in the register on line of the municipality of Asiago, an appeal to the regional administrative Court of Veneto or alternatively, within 120 days from the date the President of the Republic.
