Among the natural and cultural beauties of Vicenza, there was also talk of the Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities: a short journey to discover the particularities of our territory, starting from outdoor activities, such as hiking and snowshoeing, which can be practiced during the year to discover its extraordinary natural beauty, coming to the richness of the gastronomic heritage, consisting mainly of cheeses, including Asiago Dop.
During the TV service on the Asiago Plateau, to lead us to the discovery of the territory were the expert Massimiliano Gnesotto of Asiago Guide, the director of the Pennar Fiorenzo Rigoni Dairy and the chef Alessio Longhini of the Stube Gourmet Restaurant of the Hotel Europa Residence in Asiago.
