How to get from Rome on the Asiago plateau

BY CAR

For tourists who want to visit the Asiago plateau coming from the capital, Rome, you need to take the Circonvallazione Salaria and follow the signs for the A1-Autostrada del Sole motorway. Continue on the A1 until reaching Florence and follow the signs for E35/A1 towards Bologna.

The junction for the A13 towards Padua will take you to Albignasego where, following the SR47 in the direction of A4 / E70 you will take the exit towards Milan from Via Po / SP47. Follow the junction of the A31 in the direction of Piovene Rocchette and take the last useful exit – Piovene precisely – after passing Ospedaletto, Dueville and Thiene. Following the road of the Cost in the SP349, you will arrive in the plateau after a journey of about 7 hours.

BY TRAIN

The tourists of the capital and the inhabitants themselves, can reach the Asiago plateau starting by train and arriving at the Vicenza station. From Vicenza, a direct bus departing from the square adjacent to the train station will take you to the desired destination.
