Season Ticket Campaign 2024/25 - Asiago Hockey 1935

Migross Supermarkets Asiago Hockey faces its third season in the ICE Hockey League. The battle cry this year is "LIONS TOGETHER!"

Validity

All season tickets are valid for all Regular Season matches (24 home matches) and any Pre-Playoffs. For any Playoffs, the season ticket holder will be entitled to pre-emption on his reserved seat and to a reduction.

REDUCED

Children over 9 and under 18 years old

Students up to 25 years old

Protected categories - minimum disability of 75% with certification and documentation to be presented to the secretariat. (1 nominative companion with reduced price)

Previous Subscription Holders

Residents more than 50 km from the stadium (100 km round trip)

Over 65 years old

The subscription of reduced season tickets must be made at the secretariat at the Odegar Stadium, in order to be able to check the requirements for the reduction.

Previous season ticket holders are season ticket holders for the 2023/24 season.

For age-related reductions, 31/12/2024 will be the reference date (e.g. those who have reached the age of 18 by the reference date will not be entitled to a reduction).

Students up to 25 years of age will have to present a university/school card.

The reductions for protected categories will be verified directly at the time of subscription.

KID

Children and teenagers 4-9 years old

N.B. Children in possession of a free card have access to the stadium without the right to a seat.

PRE-EMPTION

Former 2023/24 season ticket holders will have the right of first refusal for the seat occupied last season until 31 July, from 1 August the seat will be considered free for purchase.

To exercise the pre-emption in the secretariat it is necessary to show the old subscription.

Former season ticket holders will be able to exercise pre-emption on their seat by purchasing a reduced season ticket also online. To proceed online, enter the Tax Seal (indicated with "SF" on the back of the subscription, 16-digit code) where the coupon is requested.

INSTALLMENTS

By subscribing to the subscription by the month of July, you can decide to pay in two installments: the first, which acts as a deposit, equal to 50% at the time of subscription and the second balance by Friday 1 September 2024.

Once the deposit has been paid, you will no longer be entitled to a refund.

COLLECTION OF SEASON TICKET CARDS

Subscription cards will be delivered directly at the time of subscription.

For online subscriptions, once the cards are available for collection at our office, the subscriber will be informed by an e-mail that will be sent to the address indicated by the subscriber at the time of subscription.

ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL CARDS

Also this year the cards will be delivered to children and young people and elementary and middle schools in the territory of the Plateau of the 7 Municipalities. The cards will allow entry to the stadium but not a seat; children/teenagers will be able to watch the games standing up or from Sector E.

The cards will also allow accompanying persons to purchase a reduced ticket at the Stadium ticket office before home matches.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All Asiago Hockey 1935 season tickets are nominative and non-transferable.

Reductions cannot be combined.

Season tickets include all regular season games of the win2day ICE Hockey League 2024/25 and any Pre-Playoffs.

If spectators are not admitted or only partially admitted to home matches due to national or international regulations or in accordance with the provisions of the competent associations, they will not be entitled to any refund.

If the championship is not played in its entirety or spectators are not admitted to the competitions, there will be no right to any refund.

In the event of loss or theft of the season ticket, the season ticket holder must file a regular report of loss with the competent authorities and with the document issued by them request the Asiago Hockey office to issue a replacement season ticket.

If a KID or REDUCED pass is used by persons who are not entitled to these benefits, the pass will be revoked and the holder of the pass will be reported to the judicial authorities.
