From Thursday 31 July to Sunday 3 August 2025, Piazza Giardini in Gallio will host 01 STREET FOOD, the long-awaited event dedicated to quality street food, live music and good beer.
Starting at 18:00 on Thursday 31 July, food trucks and food stands from all over Italy will offer regional specialties and gourmet dishes, freshly prepared, to be enjoyed outdoors in an informal and cheerful atmosphere. A true culinary journey through traditional flavors, creative recipes and irresistible aromas.
The atmosphere will be enlivened even more by the rhythm and energy of the DJ sets with live music. And for beer lovers, there will be a selection of quality beers perfect to pair with the dishes on offer.
An unmissable event for residents, vacationers and gourmets: four days of celebration between good food, music and conviviality, in the heart of the highland summer!
