On Tuesday 5 August 2025, in Mezzaselva di Roana, adults and seniors are invited to participate in a relaxing gentle gymnastics session with Valentina Frigo, scheduled from 10.30 to 11.30 at the schettinaggio field.

The activity, designed to promote movement gradually, is ideal for those who want to maintain a good physical shape without excessive effort. Through simple but effective exercises, participants will be able to improve posture, balance and flexibility, all immersed in the tranquility and healthy air of the Asiago Plateau.
