DESTINATION: Ekar - Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
Did you know that in the Plateau were found fossil remains of crocodile fossils and one of the most famous marine reptiles of all time, the Plesiosaurus?
Walking among the sedimentary rocks and in particular on the "red ammonite" we stop to observe the remains of the animals.
Nothing is still, nothing is immutable!
Along the way we will see how the landscape has changed over time, looking at the territory as an open window on history, where traces of every era remain among the quarries, in the beech woods, on the stones of the huts, the pastures ......

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The difference in height uphill is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunglasses, cap, gloves.
COST: 15€ for the guided excursion per person. 5€ for children under 15 years.
