
Saturday 29 April 2023, the Hotel Restaurant Campomezzavia offers a special dinner based on dandelion, a spontaneous herb, very common on the Asiago plateau, also known as "dandelion" and known since ancient times for its properties.
Dandelion, with its pleasant bitter taste , is used as an ingredient to prepare tasty and original recipes, from appetizers to desserts.
It will be a pleasure to spend an evening of traditional cuisine, in the splendid setting of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni.

The event will also be repeated on Saturday 6 May 2023.
