META: Mezzaselva – Plateau of the Seven Municipalities (VI).

Event promoted by the Pro Loco of MEZZASELVA in collaboration with Asiago Guide.

The guide will lead you through the ancient and characteristic districts of Mezzaselva and through its woods and meadows, accompanied by the dim light of lanterns... A glow that warms the heart and makes everything even more magical. What better way to spend one of the evenings of the Christmas holidays? 

Step by step, you will discover the ancient Cimbrian traditions of the Bainachten, or Blessed Nights – our Christmas Holidays, from the burning of the large log that brings good to the sharing of bread...

An evocative night that will give you a mountain of emotions!

The excursion will take place in Mezzaselva, depending on the snow present Asiago Guide will decide whether or not it will be a snowshoeing, all those booked will be notified the day before the event.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route is a loop and does not present any particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain paths, and dirt roads. The uphill elevation gain is less than 220 m, there are no exposed sections.

🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: waterproof mountain boots (no Moon Boot), layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with hot water or tea for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, gloves.

🫰COST: €5 per person for the guided candlelight excursion. 

Snowshoe rental possible € 10 per person.
