Exploring the woods and pastures on the border between Veneto and Trentino , the guide will lead you to discover wild mountain herbs.
Wild herbs have always been an incredible resource for mountain people whose knowledge is handed down from generation to generation from recognition, to the best way to enhance their flavors in the kitchen, from the popular pharmacopoeia to the customs of the Cimbrian tradition.
To live an experience that fully involves all five senses, during the evening you will enjoy a themed dinner at Malga Camporosà with the following menu:
- Appetizer: crouton with wild garlic whipped butter and bacon
- Risotto with mountain herbs "farinele"
- Fiordilatte ice cream with shortcrust biscuits with violets
- Coffee, water (other drinks not included)
At the end, the return will take place on a simple dirt road that allows you to admire the starry sky and who knows, maybe to see some shooting stars to which you can entrust the most secret desires...

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a loop and does not present any particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in height is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, sunglasses, notepads, hat, headlamp possibly with a fixed red light.
COST: €15 for the guided excursion per person, €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
COST OF DINNER: 25€ per person for the above menu at Malga Camporosà to be paid directly on site in cash.
Dinner is mandatory considering that it takes place along the way.
MEETING POINT: 5.00 p.m. at the Hotel Vezzena car park - Località Passo Vezzena, 38056 Levico Terme TN.
From there it is necessary to travel by car with your own vehicle of 5 minutes.
