Malga Col del Vento, in Perghele in Cesuna di Roana, awaits you on Saturday 17 May 2025 for "Andar per erbe!", a special day between nature and flavors, dedicated to the discovery of the spring wild herbs of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities.

Accompanied by experts Antonio and Lisa Cantele, participants will take part in a guided excursion through the surrounding pastures , to discover the medicinal, aromatic and liqueur herbs of the area. 

It will be an opportunity to learn how to recognize them, learn the correct sustainable harvesting techniques and discover the many uses of the local herbal tradition in the kitchen and for health.

The meeting is set for 9:30 am at the Malga Col del Vento car park. 

At the end of the walk, those who wish can savor, at the malga restaurant, a tasty lunch based on seasonal herbs, prepared with wisdom and creativity.
