On Saturday, August 31 , 2024, Cesuna offers a unique experience of connection with nature with the event "Andar per Erbe... Meditating!".

The meeting is set at 9:00 am, at the Kubelek Refuge, from where a suggestive walk through the enchanting landscapes of Monte Zovetto will start.

The guide of the excursion will be Lisa Cantele, an expert herbalist who will accompany participants in the discovery of medicinal, aromatic and cosmetic herbs, as well as the centuries-old plants that populate this area. Lisa will share her knowledge about the properties of plants and their use, providing an educational and enriching experience.

But the event is not limited to botany alone: it will also be an intense immersion in nature by activating the five senses thanks to the practices of breathing, meditation and relaxation led by Giulia Rigoni, yoga teacher. Giulia will use ancestral sounds to accompany participants on an inner journey, promoting well-being and connection with nature.
