Destination: the woods of the Asiago Plateau

They say: at carnival every joke counts! 

Well, it seems that in the animal world tricks are valid all year round! 

There are those who wear a black and white mask to intimidate predators, those who disguise themselves as bark, those who build deadly traps...

Come and experience a morning of immersion in the wild world of our mountains and let yourself be enchanted by animal adaptations, appearance and strategies! 

There will also be some curiosities about the most bestial carnival masks from all over the world! 

Reservations are required.

Recommended event for adults and children over 7 years old.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging). The route does not present any particular technical difficulties. The uphill elevation gain is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.

🎒TO BRING ALONG: waterproof mountain boots (No Moon Boot), layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion or hot tea, a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, gloves, sunglasses.

🫰COST: €20 for the guided snowshoe hike per person, €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders. 

Snowshoes and poles rental: €10 per person. 

Participants will be offered a taste of local products. 

In the event that there is not enough snow, we will proceed on foot without the aid of snowshoes, there will be no price changes (rental excluded).

🧭MEETING POINT: 9.30 a.m. in the upper area of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities.

Precise information on the meeting place with georeferenced position will be sent to those booked the day before the event based on the snow present.
