
"ART & CIOCC® The Chocolatiers' Tour" will stop in Asiago from 7 to 9 February 2025, in the historic center of the city.
On this occasion, the chocolatiers' stands, in the large heated tensile structure in Piazza Carli, will present different varieties of chocolate and pastry products, each with its own specialties linked to the regions of origin.
It will be possible to discover chocolate in various forms and types: truffles, dragées, chocolate ganache, fruit, spices, pralines, truffles, chocolate liqueurs and "broken" liqueurs of infinite flavors, almond paste, Cuneo of all flavors, spreads, as well as the subjective with décolleté, football boots, irons and tools, cartoon characters all in chocolate. It will be a real feast for the eyes and the palate!
And there will be showcooking and tastings (DISCOVER THE WHOLE PROGRAM BELOW)!
The most eagerly awaited guest will undoubtedly be Tommaso Foglia, Pastry Chef of the Year 2022 for Gambero Rosso, who will hold two cooking shows on Sunday 9 February, at 10:00 and 12:00 (with reservations required through the Eventbrite portal that can be made starting at 12:00 on Monday 20 January).
In addition to Tommaso Foglia, the Chocolate maker Valentina Brando will also intervene on the Asiago stage with her cooking shows, in which she will reveal tricks and secrets for the preparation of chocolate at home and its combination with savory in the aperitif.

Modeling, filling and decoration of pralines.
SATURDAY 8 FEBRUARY
09:00-21:00 - Opening of the chocolatiers' stands
