Saturday 1 September 2024 from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm
Destination: Val Formica Huts - Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities
But how many anthills are there in this valley to take their name from ants?!
The name is actually the evolution of an ancient Cimbrian toponym that indicates the great vocation of these pastures for milk through the numerous herbs that not only feed the cows, but take care of them and help them produce more milk... and of excellent quality! Malga after malga we will learn about the life of the malga, the history of Asiago cheese, the biology of the pastures and cows. With a simple tour, through the fir and larch woods, we will see breathtaking views and we will be able to taste an ancient and always new history, made up of a lot of effort, but also of great satisfaction.
