
On Friday, August 9 , 2024, starting at 5:30 p.m., Piazza Italia in Gallio will be transformed into the meeting point for all lovers of Venetian cuisine with the "Baccalà in Piazza" event. This evening is organized by the Gruppo Alpini di Gallio and will see the extraordinary participation of Giovanni Pozzan, renowned chef of the Antica Trattoria Due Spade in Sandrigo, known for his mastery in the preparation of cod.
The event will include a cooking demonstration, followed by a free tasting. Claudio Pasqualin, a member of the Confraternita del Baccalà, is also expected to participate.
