On Monday, July 22 , 2024, the Cinema Teatro Palladio in Cesuna will host a one-of-a-kind theatrical performance . At 9:00 p.m., the Barabao Teatro company will present "CAROSELLO", a fascinating journey through the history of Italian television through a series of plays, songs and choreographies.

"CAROSELLO" evokes a golden age, when television was dominated by refined and never vulgar comedy. Actors at the time were adept at bringing hilarious gags to the stage, while music added a touch of panache to everyday life. 

Barabao Teatro's show celebrates this period with mastery, involving every type of audience in a whirlwind of emotions and laughter.

The show pays homage to great icons of Italian television such as Walter Chiari, the Cetra Quartet, Bice Valori, the Lescano Trio and Ave Ninchi. Each performance is a tribute to their art, to their ability to entertain and put on a show with elegance and poetry. 

From "Carosello", the famous program from which the show takes its name, to Intervallo, each segment is designed to bring back to life that wonderful variety show that marked an era.

"CAROSELLO" is a succession of numbers ranging from comedy to music, with engaging choreographies. It is a show that aims to offer an evening of pure fun, bringing back to the stage the lightness and refinement of the past.
