On Sunday 29 December 2024, at 8:45 pm, the Cinema Teatro Palladio in Cesuna will host an unmissable evening of the Bintar Gospel Festival, the first mountain gospel festival. The protagonists of the event will be Cedric Shannon Rives & The Unlimited Praise Gospel Singers, a very talented American ensemble.

Cedric Shannon Rives, originally from Missouri, showed a natural inclination for music and spirituality from a young age. At the age of 9 he was already a soloist in the youth choir of his church, and at 11 he gave his first concert accompanied by a full orchestra. Graduated in music and theater from the prestigious Central Visual and Performing Arts High School in St. Louis, he honed his skills in jazz and musicals. His professional career began with the album "Psalms of Deliverance", which sold over 10,000 copies. Songs such as "Bow Down" and "Worship Him" from his second album became famous in the United States. In 2001, Cedric was a guest at the Christmas Concert in the Vatican, singing for Pope John Paul II.

The group The Unlimited Praise Gospel Singers, founded by Cedric, brings together talents from different parts of the United States, known for their extraordinary vocal talents and great human charge. Their music, inspired by great gospel artists such as Aretha Franklin, The Clark Sisters and Mahalia Jackson, conveys deep emotions, courage and positive feelings, involving the audience in a unique spiritual experience.
