
Autumn has arrived and the Asiago plateau is tinged with bright and enveloping colors, a true spectacle of nature! The foliage of the larches in Val Formica begins to paint gold, and the cuisine of the Restaurant of the Val Formica Refuge comes alive more than ever with dishes that enhance the autumn flavors.
To celebrate this magical time of year in a special way, on Friday 29 September 2023, the refuge organizes a themed dinner focused on the gastronomic gifts that this season offers us, namely mushrooms!
Porcini mushrooms, morels, cantarelli They will be some of the protagonists of the delicious menu, with dishes based on fresh ingredients and prepared with a touch of originality.
It will be an escalation of flavors: from the Tartar of Manzetta Prussiana with cantarelli and raspberries, to the grilled Porcini mushrooms with flakes of Asiago stravecchio DOP and then the Orzotto with morels, parsley and green fragrances ... Each course will be a harmonious encounter between tradition and innovation (below the complete menu)!
