
On Saturday 6 December 2025, the Restaurant of the Val Formica Refuge, immersed in the silence of late mountain autumn in an atmosphere that already heralds winter, offers a special evening dedicated to the scents and flavors of the season: the "Al sapor d'autunno" dinner.
The warm and welcoming rooms of the refuge, between wood and soft lighting, will be the setting for a menu designed to enhance local excellence and seasonal ingredients, with dishes and combinations of refined flavors.

Appetizer
- Mini strudel stuffed with Treviso radicchio and tastasale, Asiago DOP fondue
First courses
- Pumpkin soup, burrata cream and toasted pumpkin seeds
- Chestnut gnocchi with alpine butter and sage with smoked ricotta
Second course
- Beef sirloin with herbs, potatoes and sautéed porcini mushrooms
Dessert
- Chocolate, Madagascar vanilla, rosemary namelaka and chestnut ice cream
Hut wine, water and coffee
The price of the dinner is 50 euros per person, including wine from the refuge, water and coffee.
