
On Saturday 22 November 2025, from 20:00, the Baita al Fungo restaurant invites you to an evening with a refined and authentic taste: the "Baccalà Ragno" dinner, an event entirely dedicated to cod, a great protagonist of the Venetian gastronomic tradition (DISCOVER THE COMPLETE MENU BELOW).
In a warm and convivial atmosphere, typical of autumn evenings on the Plateau, lovers of good food will be able to discover new nuances of this iconic ingredient, reinterpreted with creativity and respect for tradition.
From the classic Vicenza-style cod to more contemporary dishes, such as cod tartare with citrus fruits and cod risotto with pepper drops, the menu will accompany diners on a journey through flavors expertly combined in a perfect balance, in a welcoming context that makes you feel immediately at home.
